“In my previous roles of Drought Support and Rural Support Worker I have contracted Sandra Martin on behalf of NSW DPI to present many different workshops. These were mostly workshops for women aimed at building self esteem, improving communication skills, learning about personal presentation, impact and branding and understanding personality and behaviour. It was delightful to watch these women transform under Sandra’s guidance and become equipped with the confidence to create change, take responsibility and embrace growth, not only in themselves but in those around them and in their wider communities.
